Homeowner advocate with the builder for Report Reviews 30 Day and Year End
Acting as homeowners advocate, we provide representation for you with the builder’s representative at a walk through review of the items for warranted repairs by the builder or their trades, freeing up valuable time for the homeowner, or unnecessary time off work. A reasonable hourly flat rate is charged for this service. And usually takes between 1-1 ½ hours

Acting as Homeowner’s advocate We will review warranty repair work arising from PDI, 30Day or Year-end reports prepared by us. An hourly fee is charged for this service and a special discount fee is offere if combined with other above services. We will attend and represent the homeowner at Tarion Conciliation meeting requested by the homeowner, with respect to warranty dispute repairs with the builder. An hourly fee is charged for this service and a special discount fee is offered if combined with other above services.
